CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full deposit refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made after the 48-hour mark will not be eligible for a refund. Late Fee: A 8-minute grace period will be provided. After that, an additional $5 fee will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $10 charge will apply. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be CANCELLED. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total amount using the card on file. Please respect my time, as I plan to respect yours. Communication is important, and I am very understanding. Thank you for your cooperation! Appointment Policy As a beginner nail technician, I require 2-3 hours of uninterrupted time per client to ensure the best quality and attention to detail. Please note that no additional guests are allowed during the appointment. Arrival Guidelines: • Bare nails are mandatory unless I have previously done your nails. I do not work on nails that have been previously handled by other technicians, except for removals. • If you need a removal, it must be scheduled along with your new set. Nail Health First: • I prioritize nail health above all else. Any open wounds, severe damage, cracks, fungi, or infections will result in refusal of service. • If you experience any issues within 3 days of your appointment, please contact me for corrections at no extra charge. After this period, any fixes will incur an additional fee. I am happy to answer any questions or clarify anything before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
